Rob has a history of developing non profit organizations founding the Tampa Bay Business Committee for the Arts, 1990, and the Kaleidoscope Festival, 2003. He has also served as President or Board Chair to many other community organizations such as the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, the Interbay Peninsula Partnership and the Tampa Bay Children’s Chorus. 

As Chair of the Military Affairs Committee of the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce and as a community supporter to the Coalition forces stationed at Central Command since 2002, Rob has a strong connection to working with the military officers of the United States and many international armed forces.  In the last two years from his contact in the Bangladesh Army he has been actively participating with Buddhist Monk Bhante Wimala in building houses and places of worship there.
